Element Construction is a small volume builder, which allows them to remain actively involved in each project. They believe that a hands-on approach with an eye for detail is required to create premier, quality homes that will last for generations. On the job site, you will see their team collaborating closely with the Project Managers and Master Craftsmen who share their vision of creating living spaces that exceed their clients' expectations and dreams.

The name Element Construction is derived from the many 'elements,' large and small, that go into each of their one-of-a-kind projects. They want each of those elements to inspire those who inhabit the spaces they assist them in creating. This commitment to instilling distinctive elements distinguishes their work from that of other builders.

You will have a Project Manager who will be in charge of the day-to-day construction of your home. He is in charge of all subcontractors and vendors on the jobsite. In addition to regular communication with the homeowner, your Project Manager will meet with Brandon on a weekly basis to review job progress and upcoming scheduling. He ensures that all specifications are followed and that strict quality control is implemented throughout all phases of construction.
