Welcome to FHBuilds.com, the online home of F&H Builders. F&H Builders is a family-owned company in East Texas. Since 1982, they have been constructing high-quality homes in the Longview area. They now specialize in the residential and commercial building, as well as land development and rental properties.

Fred Hakim is the epitome of an all-American success story. He built F&H Builders from the ground up with the aid of his wife, Helene. He designed his own home in 1981, saving money while working two jobs. This hobby quickly became a passion for him, and he is now one of the most experienced developers and builders in the Longview area.

Fern Ridge, Holly Ridge, Holly Trail, Pebble Ridge, and now Fern Ridge II are just a few of the subdivisions he's built. Some of his high-quality residential work can be seen on Holly Ridge and Holly Trail. He has also ventured into commercial construction, as shown by the Rheumatology Clinic on Judson Road, the office building on Courthouse Dr. facing Loop 281 and the Panther Quick Stop on Gilmer Road.
