Rob Fisher, the principal, and builder, has been building new houses in Northern Virginia for over 25 years. He has overseen the design, planning, building, and customer satisfaction of some of the area's most prestigious communities and builders. He began his career as a supervisor for NVR after working for Foley Custom Homes in Vienna, VA.

Rob spearheaded efforts to position the company as the unchallenged leader in customer satisfaction. The experiences and insights acquired while developing some of Northern Virginia's most exclusive properties and setting an industry-standard in customer satisfaction helped lay the groundwork for Fisher Custom Homes.
