Mallards Landing is situated in a lovely setting just outside the hamlet of Manlius. This subdivision in the Fayetteville-Manlius school district provides houses starting in the $500s with spacious private home lots and convenient proximity to town. There are just a few remaining house sites!

Manlius is a town in Onondaga County, New York, located east of the city of Syracuse. At the time of the 2010 census, the population was 32,370, making it the third biggest suburb in the Syracuse metropolitan area. The town was placed 98th on CNN's list of Best Places to Live in 2005.
The town was part of the old Central New York Military Tract municipality. Manlius is the name of numerous famous Romans, although it is unclear which one was being honored. The modern town was founded about 1790. Manlius, along with Onondaga County, was established in 1794 as a much bigger entity, which was reduced in size by the establishment, in part or in whole, of new towns (DeWitt, Onondaga, Salina) and a portion of Syracus
