Lee has been working in the construction and real estate industry since he was fifteen years old. He started framing houses during the summer and by age 18 he was a real estate associate. By the time he was 21, he was already an associate broker. Then, he returned to the construction business as a licensed home builder when he was 23. After a few years, he had obtained commercial building licenses in both Georgia and South Carolina. Lee has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from University of South Carolina, as well as an MBA.

While working in his family firm focusing on custom homes, Lee saw an opportunity to help new and former clients with home additions and remodeling projects. In 2006, with nearly three decades of experience, Lee filled this niche with Graybeal Construction & Design, now a full-service new construction and remodeling firm.

Lee's artistic talent and business background provide the perfect balance to complete your new home build or custom remodel project. Lee stays abreast of current trends and continuously researches new materials and styles to remain on the cutting edge of design.
