From the hillsides of the Eastside to the many unique neighborhoods that make Seattle whole, Envision Northwest targets highly attractive locations for development of our distinctive homes. From planning, consulting, budgeting, entitlement, through completion of each home, they are there every step of the process.

Envision employs a stable team of individuals with extensive involvement in land acquisition and development, purchasing, sales and marketing, construction, accounting and finance. Each member of the team has over 10 years of experience working in the for-sale, market rental, affordable rental, rehabilitation, mixed use commercial, and residential construction industry. The Envision Northwest team has been involved in the construction, purchase and sale of apartments, townhomes, single-family homes and commercial projects in four different states. All members of the team live in the Seattle area, providing needed focus and insight into each individual neighborhood and current market trends.
