Since 1997, Jeff Pfeifer developed hundreds of houses in North Dallas, and we're currently focused on Saddle Creek in Prosper. Jeff creates all of his own homes and can create one for you with no upfront fees.

They rarely reproduce a floor layout verbatim because each customer has different preferences. They also have the knowledge and experience to guide each customer through the design and choosing process, ensuring that the construction process is as pleasant as possible. Building a home, obtaining financing, and actually relocating your family all have a lot of moving pieces. They handle things one step at a time and have connections with mortgage providers who can assist with financing to make the process go more smoothly. Building a home is a collaborative effort. With their customers, they become partners.

They have completed a variety of remodels, ranging from entirely re-designing and re-building homes following fire and water damage to redesigning a room at a time for homeowners looking to keep up with the latest trends. They have also built backyard cabana additions that blend in with the existing roof and brick.

Jeff and Shane will guide you through the entire construction process. Jeff will create a scale model of your home, which they will include with the contract and any bonuses they agree to. Once they have signed a contract, they will take your floor layout to our architect, who will convert it to CAD. You'll be able to make adjustments and provide feedback on your design once more.
