They have amassed an exceptional team of subcontractors over the years that are simply outstanding in their respective fields. The majority of our subcontractors have been with them for more than 20 years and are critical components of their business. They were all picked for their attention to detail throughout building, as well as their outstanding service and guarantee after the sale. Their subcontractors are treated as extended family by the Norris family. They are not only coworkers, but also good friends, and our success is inextricably linked to theirs.

Matthew Norris is the Norris Building Group's second generation house builder. Matthew has been a licensed general contractor since the age of 18 and is the sole proprietor of Prominent Construction, Inc. as well as a partner in numerous other Norris Building Group building firms. Matt serves as the acting superintendent for all Johnston County houses and is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations for all homes under construction as well as analyzing and assigning any warranty issues on completed homes.
