Keeping budget in mind they will start to design according to your style and the features you want included in your new home. This is the fun part, you bring your ideas, they will bring their years of experience. They want you to feel like you have a very hands on experience during the design of your home, after all no one utilizes the spaces in their homes the same, why should you settle for less and have all of the houses in your neighborhood be built the same?
