After initial meetings, they begin on your home. They will meet with an architect, develop home plans, create specification sheets and finalize contracts. These steps are very important and they strive to build a collaborative relationship with their clients from the very start. Then, after this initial call, they are available to meet for an in-person interview to make sure they are a good fit.
