Ken Janckila started Janckila Construction, Inc. in 2003. They believe in a client-centered attitude founded on honesty and service. Beyond specs and budgets, our customer and their individual project goals always come first - every step of the way.

Their team's dedication to establishing positive working relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, and subcontractors makes the home-building process as smooth as possible. To each customer, their project is distinct from the others. Each project represents a new valuable partnership for Janckila Construction.

Ken Janckila created Janckila Construction, Inc. (JCI) to build luxury houses that are meticulously tailored for each customer. Their clients have specific project objectives, such as creating a healthy house or safeguarding the environment by following to green construction guidelines. Ken and his team have been developing connections and distinctive houses for discriminating clientele since 2003.

According to Ken's perspective, the client and people participating in the project are everything. Although Ken is a Minnesota native, he has spent the most of his time in Aspen, Snowmass, and Vail since 1995. Clients enthusiastically refer Ken to relatives and friends, and industry professionals know they can rely on his knowledge. Ken thinks that the home-building process extends beyond specs and money.
