They will accept your present qualified house in trade for the purchase of your Krueger Built home, ensuring one transfer and reducing the strain of two mortgages.

It is their aim to work with contractors that deliver high-quality craftsmanship and good follow-up after the project, just as they do throughout it. Following the final walkthrough and closing, Krueger Construction gives our customers with a Home Owner Manual that has almost one hundred pages of useful information ranging from fire protection to carpet maintenance and just about everything in between that is vital to homeownership. Individual warranties offered by their suppliers are also included in the Home Owner Manual, as is information on the 11 Month Report.
