Deer Moss Creek

Deer Moss Creek's Master Plan was inspired by the area's unique natural environment. The stream, its tributaries, and wetland areas are all included into the community plan. The paved route, which is 8'-10' wide, follows the creek's flow and connects the communities. That portion of path will be extended once each phase is completed. Deer Moss Loop, the major route, has a bike lane to encourage people to leave their automobiles at home. Sidewalks are 5' wide to allow people to stroll side by side more easily. Many of the houses have front porches, allowing residents to interact with their neighbors. People are enticed to spend time outside by parks and other green places. Single-family and multifamily residential, commercial, light industry, and a town center are all part of this mixed-use neighborhood.
