Mont Vista

Mont Vista is a lovely neighborhood presented by Kisling Quality Builders. This neighborhood has conventional 2-story homes with 18-foot ceilings in the entry foyer. This leads to an open main level with a formal living room with box-beam ceilings, a big island kitchen, dining room, and powder room. A guest bedroom on the first level has also been used as a home office. Throughout the main level, there is LVP flooring.

The covered back patio's beauty is enhanced with custom landscaping, a granite boulder fountain, trellised grape vines, and a stone fire pit.
