Using county permitting and application fees, bids from collaborating subcontractors, actual material costs, and a personalised estimate for unique material costs based on current market value of items requested by each customer, we produce an appropriate budget for the project. The estimated expenses give you the freedom to fall in love with the right countertops, flooring, and other products from your favourite vendors. Real-time cost and adjustment information is provided in variance reports, which allow you to keep track of your budget as the project proceeds. When you are through with the project, you will be provided with a Job Book, which will include copies of all work logs and variance reports as well as copies of permits and inspections, warranty packets, and any other applicable paperwork, as well as your official Certificate of Occupancy. In addition to photographs recording the entire process from beginning to end on a disc for you to keep on hand, you will receive a 12-month warranty on your completed home.
