Coyle Modular Homes

Our objective at Coyle Modular Homes is to make the home-building process a personal and extremely rewarding experience for our customers. We have decades of combined experience right here in Fairfield County, Connecticut. A unique modular home was built for a family in Greenwich, Connecticut, by Coyle Homes. The three-story home includes a fully finished basement, cathedral ceilings with plenty of glass to take advantage of the property's natural location, and an open-concept floor plan that feels spacious and light. A contemporary gas fireplace serves as the main point of the room's open floor plan.

In order to complete the project, an older existing home was demolished and a new home was built, while keeping an existing patio and swimming pool in place. This kitchen in Newtown, Connecticut, was recently restored by Coyle Homes. The walls are covered with a tactile fabric wallpaper, while the ceiling is made of bleached nickel-board, which is a new and dimensional material. Bead board wainscoting enhances the appearance of the room while also providing a more lasting surface for the bottom walls.

Architectural elements, high-end equipment, a three-story elevator, nine-foot ceilings, and unique finishes are all featured in this spectacular new construction.

Natural white cedar shake siding and a stone veneer are used on the exterior of the building. Copper gutters and flashings add a touch of glam to the white and natural palette. A covered porch can be found on both sides of the home, and a balcony can be found on the second floor, which overlooks the back blue-stone patio and yard.
