To help you narrow down your selections prior to your visit, we can send you photographs and videos of suitable properties, along with our thoughts on the land. This will allow you to narrow down your choices even further. When you work with Crosswood Homes Inc., your house builder is also your architect, as we can collaborate with you to create the right design to meet all of your goals and needs while discussing design ideas through the internet. Throughout this process, you will receive stunning design drawings that will actually assist you in visualizing your new house. Once the design is where you want it, we will next prepare the bidding and construction documentation. With our updates and progress images, you will be able to see your new house come to life from the comfort of your couch. We will keep you as involved as you like with the construction of your new home. We have teamed with the greatest interior designer in Woodland Park to provide you with assistance with everything interior, from kitchen and bath design to all finish materials and planning needs. We can send you design concepts via email, and we can also schedule specific local design sessions on the days that you are available to come out and visit. We understand that you may have a limited amount of time when you come to visit, which is why we make every effort to spend quality time with you while you are here so that you may get as much done as possible on each visit!
