It begins with communication and attention to detail. Each element of a project is important. For this reason, ample time is spent with each client to understand their needs and wants. Before any design is started, they generate a formal cost projection to ensure you are within your budget. Steve and Jim Lepore are personally involved in every aspect of this process.

Lepore & Sons is a full service excavation contractor. They are experienced in all aspects of residential and commercial site development work. From driveways to foundations and ponds, they are the excavation company to get the job done right, on time and within budget.

Lepore & Sons performs all its carpentry in-house. Wood framing and carpentry, finish carpentry, built-ins and cabinets are all done to meticulous perfection ensuring a high quality standard that is expected in any custom home.

Jim and Steve Lepore personally supervise and are “hands on” when it comes to this part of the construction process.
