Lieber Construction prepares residential lots for home construction projects, which can range from basement excavation to full-scale site preparation. This would involve everything from clearing and grubbing the entire site to hauling in the necessary sand, clay, and top soil fill to complete the project. After that, our home designs are brought up to final grade for landscape installation. According to your specifications, we can also supply construction entrances, silt fence, soil testing, and compaction services.

Lieber Construction is a family-owned firm that has its roots in the town of Lawton, in the state of Iowa. The Lieber family has been involved in excavation and building for more than four decades. Since 1997, Lieber Construction has steadily evolved into a recognized and trustworthy company with a staff base of more than 80 individuals.
