M. Lahr Homes

M. Lahr Homes is a design-build custom home builder that has built over 100 homes in the Orlando area over the last decade. We take pleasure in a collaborative and personal approach to bespoke construction that takes the stress out of the process. From plan design through completion, our team is ready to provide a one-of-a-kind experience, combining a boutique feel with one of Orlando's largest custom home builders. Because of our size and process, we are able to provide custom builds at a cost that is normally unattainable.

Although we have no issue quoting a complete set of drawings, the majority of our projects are design-build. This usually consists of a client budget and a wish list for a home, but not always an initial set of drawings. We can create a budget and criteria that suit the client's needs, as well as aid with plan design with our designer. In some cases, we can also connect potential clients with the many speculative assets we have on hand.

Our team consists of 12 individuals, each with their own set of skills and expertise to contribute to the business. We take pride in creating unique bespoke homes in Orlando's most desirable neighborhoods, each with a personality that is unique to not only M. Lahr Homes, but also the owners.
