Ryan and Lindsey will also work with you and your budget to discover alternate devices and items that you would like so that your vision or bank does not need to be broken. Now that your house plan is in place, it's time to sign the paperwork. At the time of signature, you receive a detailed budget so you are aware of the budget for each item. We will discuss every feature of your home with you at your pre-construction meeting. Our skill is shown in the details. In fact, unlike other home builders, we are customers.
