For more than 40 years, Mongold Homes, LLC has built custom dream homes with higher standards, hand-picked sub-contractors, and, most importantly, while listening to clients every step of the way. The company is family-owned and operated. Started by John Mongold in 1977, this construction and development firm is now owned and operated by his children, Adam and Charity Mongold.

The folks at Mongold Homes, LLC realize that building a dream home can be daunting. Deciding on materials, colors, and even the location can all be overwhelming, but the company’s project managers and sub-contractors, some of the best in the business, will help you every step of the way and will always be available to answer questions.

Living in Sellersburg, IN

The Town of Sellersburg is a sleepy little community located in Silver Creek Township, Clark County, Indiana, and sits on the Ohio River at the Kentucky border, 100 miles southwest of Cincinnati. Because of its proximity to Louisville, KY, just a fifteen-minute drive across the border, it is considered to be part of the Louisville metro area.

Louisville is a large industrial, shipping, and commercial hub with a prosperous river-town character and a distinct southern charm. Downtown Louisville contains a few modern buildings, but the skyline is indistinct. The shady historic districts feature gracious Southern-style Victorian-era homes.
