Pinoreal Construction was established in 1995 to help New Mexico residents make their homeownership dream a reality. We are a professional builder who has pioneered innovative construction techniques and materials to deliver quality in the manufactured and modular home industry. At Pinoreal Construction, we install all infrastructure necessary for a successful process from start to finish. We do water and gas lines, excavation, road building and bridges, decks and porches, electrical service, septic systems, and permanent foundations. At Pinoreal Construction, we are a preferred contractor for all manufactured and modular homes in New Mexico. Since our operations center is based in Northern New Mexico, we can mobilize resources to all areas North of the I-40 corridor and the Colorado state line. Our building process begins with a site visit, selection of a home, cost estimate and proposal, and engineering and permitting. Our services range from land home packages, excavation, modular home infrastructure, roads and bridges, design services, and septic systems.
