At PR Construction, we have over 30 years building quality custom homes. Our top priority has always been to provide quality personal service and workmanship. At PR Construction, we take great pride in working closely with our architects and engineers and homeowners. We set ourselves apart from other home builders through this personal service.

PR Construction has been renovating and constructing new homes for residents of Loudoun and Fauquier counties. We are proud to have built more than 100 custom homes ranging from as low as $340,000 to $3.5 million. Other areas we have built homes include McLean, Waterford, The Plains, Leesburg, and Middleburg. On average, PR Construction builds 2 to 3 homes a year and does several renovations and additions. At PR Construction, we believe that the choice of a lot can be as important as the selection of a custom home plan. For that reason, PR Construction will be more than happy to meet with you to discuss the details of your construction, including the selection of a design at no charge.

At PR Construction, we are dedicated to providing our services for free in the initial design and decision stage. We want to make our clients feel confident that their plans will meet their aesthetic and financial needs. PR Construction team prides itself on being accessible to clients, which is quite different from other custom home builders.
