For almost 20 years, Prough Design Builders has been designing and building custom homes, commercial properties, and room expansions throughout Wells County and the surrounding areas. We take pleasure in delivering honest and dependable services in the construction of your new home or addition ideas, ambitions, and plans. We also aim to inculcate the same work ethic in each of our subcontractors, ensuring that you are provided with highly qualified and knowledgeable personnel. We've set out to construct houses in Wells County and the neighboring districts. We've established a distinct experience in new custom constructed houses, as well as light commercial projects and assets, throughout the years. We believe that what sets us apart from the pack (or all other builders) is that we are on the construction site much more frequently since we still perform all of the mechanical (plumbing, HVAC, and electrical) work on the home or project. Before we started constructing, we worked for and were trained by our father, who owned and operated a local plumbing, HVAC, and electrical firm where we spent over 15 years working on new construction projects. Today, we redefine what it means to be "on-site builders," taking care of your project from start to finish, offering you peace of mind. Unlike other builders that outsource plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work, we have extensive knowledge in all parts of the building and use fewer third-party contractors.
