From the original concept phase through the building contract, Raphael Homes pays painstaking attention to even the tiniest of aspects. Each project is visited everyday to offer our homeowners the hands on care they deserve. Whatever problems or questions you may have, we’re here for you. Our thorough and transparent approach will lead you with certainty through the development of your ideal house. We prefer to be engaged as early as feasible, to give advice and suggestions regarding the best way to approach construction. We’ll inform you what can and can’t be done. We refuse to make promises we can’t deliver. We won’t make decisions for you, but can give advise based on our years of expertise. Our role is not only to execute what is on the plans, but to function as a resource and collaborator in the process. We’ll work closely with you and your architect to make sure that we share the same vision, and that your new building or renovation is all you thought it would be. We’ll speak often, possibly daily, during each step of building. We are always ready to meet with you to address questions and urge you to contact anytime. You’ll get choices sheets for approval throughout construction. We document any modifications for your approval before work begins. We also have many walk-throughs during construction so you can see how we’ve executed what’s on the blueprints and make modifications. This is one of the largest undertakings of your life, and the decisions you make from here on will affect the ultimate outcome of your dream house.
