The County will issue a "use and occupancy certificate" once your custom house is constructed and the final building permit is acquired by the necessary county inspectors. This certificate certifies that your residence has passed all inspections and is ready to be moved into. We have our own designer on staff, thus we don't need to employ a third-party architect.
