They start out by scheduling an initial consultation where you and the company will have a chance to both get to know each other. The style and budget for the home are established during this phase. A deposit is required to move on further to the designing phase. This deposit is fully applied to the total cost of the home. You will have access to the construction data stored in a secure and private cloud software throughout the build. All you need is an internet connection and a computer (tablets and smartphones work too).
