At Rollingwood Builders, we are a custom homebuilding company established in 2015 by Andy Rosenthal, the current managing director. We are proud to serve the greater Metro Washington DC area with quality custom homes. Andy’s journey in the construction industry started around 1977. He loves so many things about the construction of homes, but his favorite part is the construction itself. He enjoys watching what came as an idea become an adorable home within weeks or months. Andy Rosenthal leads by example by visiting all their construction sites almost every day from start to finish. Our mission at Rollingwood Builders is to ensure that we execute all aspects of construction to your standards. We are always looking for ways to improve processes and ultimately our final products. At Rollingwood Builders, we believe that it takes a creative team to build a home. We work with well-established architects and engineers to create modern floor plans and ceilings enhancing natural lighting in open entertainment spaces.
