Savini Construction has been operating in northern Sussex County since 2006, and its services have expanded to encompass building exceptional bespoke houses, managing renovation and remodeling projects, and securing residential properties. Based in Milton, Delaware, their mission is to help you construct or discover the home you'll be pleased to call your own with a personal touch.

We only build three bespoke homes at a time, so you can count on someone from our team to be on-site every day.

Residents can stroll to Milton's historic district as well as many neighborhood parks. Several of the city's attractions are also within walking distance. The Nature Conservancy, Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge, and Cape Henlopen in nearby Lewes are also worth visiting in the Milton, Delaware region.
