Scates Builders is a custom home construction company owned and operated by Theresa and Jeff Scates. We have over 20 years of experience renovating homes in Central KY and surrounding areas. Our construction philosophy is to involve customers in decision-making and keep them engaged throughout the construction journey. We also commit to providing complete transparency and delivering services and products exceeding expectations. We are currently building condominiums and custom homes in Wilmore, KY, and Bethel Pointe.
