The name Sullivan & Forbes has become synonymous with quality and luxury throughout northern Georgia. The company was formed in 1997 by two couples with deep backgrounds in engineering and construction to give their clients the best experience possible as they guide them through the process of building their dream home.

Sullivan & Forbes can build ranch homes, two-story houses, craftsman style, or traditional style. Most importantly, Sullivan & Forbes will always build to their client's style. The company belongs to the National Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders Association of North Georgia.
