At Susquehanna Modular Homes, we are proud builders of The Wellington, single-story ranch home with two baths and three bedrooms. All three bedrooms feature an abundance of shelving and walk-in closets with lights. The master bedroom boasts modern recessed lights that you can control with a dimmer switch. The master bath features an oversized corner shower stall with light and a double head faucet. The main bath features a designer vanity and a shower stall. The pride and joy of The Wellington is the kitchen. The house also has plenty of entertainment rooms. The wrap around the countertop connects the kitchen to the dining room, which has a capacity of three people. The island counter in the middle of the kitchen provides additional room for three more people. The Wellington has a sizeable nook with a sliding glass door leading to the composite deck. At Susquehanna Modular Homes, we added an extra 2 ½ foot full-length pantry to supplement the cabinet space in case it isn’t enough. Next to the nook is a mudroom with dryer hookups and two closets. The Wellington has a spacious living room with a stunning bay window for maximum lighting. The Wellington also features a spacious car garage, a high-efficiency heat pump system, and a central air unit. At Susquehanna Modular Homes, we undoubtedly outdid ourselves while designing The Wellington, but we did that because we knew our customers are worth it.
