Freeman’s Construction, Inc. was born in 1981 when Bill Freeman, the president and founder of the company, obtained his general contractor’s license to start a concrete & framing business. From 1981 to 1986 Freeman’s Construction, Inc. specialized in concrete and framing. In 1986 the company expanded its services to include design-build custom homes.
