Jeff Tithof, owner and founder of Tithof Custom Construction, Inc., learned to love the trade through his father, Fred, who was a builder for more than three decades. His love of design first pushed him toward architecture, but his love of hands-on building drove him to become a true custom home builder. Combining those two loves, Jeff works directly with his clients to conceptualize and design their custom home and then to make the home of their dreams a reality.

Tithof Custom Construction, Inc. creates a “stress-less building” environment to make the entire experience one that is friendly and enjoyable for everyone involved. With weekly progress meetings at the job site and full-time office staff, Jeff Tithof stays in constant contact with his clients throughout the process, keeping the construction on time and within budget. The company builds a maximum of ten homes per year, which allows the company to give its clients the individualized attention they deserve.
