At Lucid Builders, we are an insured and licensed construction firm with experience serving the Twin Cities metro area. Lucid Builders was founded in 2003 aimed at building beautiful homes with a commitment to quality. Our founder, John, has spent more than half of his life building beautiful custom homes. Scott, on the other hand, brings decades of expertise in residential and commercial home property development. He is also experienced in project management and site selection.
