The Stone Meadows subdivision offers a quaint neighborhood feel that is perfect for both retirees and families with young children. The community offers a large neighborhood swimming pool with a beautiful nice clubhouse. Featuring smaller lots, the yards in the neighborhood are maintained by the Property Owners Association, allowing residents added freedom. In the Stone Meadows subdivision, Sunrise Homes has several homes in different phases of construction available between 1,500 -2,000 square feet. They can also build custom homes on vacant lots currently available in the community.
