Smithfield Construction focuses on energy-efficient home construction. Hills Farm in Lancaster, MA, Blueberry Ridge in Shrewsbury, MA, Peterson Woods in Durham, NH, Hills Farm in Dover, NH, Windsor Meadows Phase 1 in Brentwood, NH, and Fitts Farm Phases 1, 2, and 3 in Durham, NH are the six new home communities we have. Sophie Lane, Perley Lane, and Robinson Farm are some of the current communities.

The only conservation subdivision in Durham. The schools, the town, and the universities are all within walking distance. In energy-efficient homes, geothermal and passive solar heating are used. With a prime location, this is a one-of-a-kind natural wooded setting. Nine lots are offered, as well as acres of common wooded space.
