In addition to any manufacturer's warranties for equipment in our houses, Charlew offers a transferable Limited Warranty that covers up to 100 percent of the purchase price as part of the Charlew Homeowner Protection Plan. The Accepted Standards Section of the Protection Plan, as well as the elements indicated on the Final Inspection Form submitted at Orientation, are protected under this Warranty. Before the pre-closing Home Orientation, the Charlew goal is to ensure that our requirements have been satisfied.
