Surrey Homes is excited to announce the opening of Savannah Landing, its newest development on Merritt Island's seaside village. This 56-lot community is in the heart of Merritt Island, close to a Publix shopping complex and the Kennedy Space Center.

Architectural shingle and concrete masonry block construction with steel reinforced concrete are used in the homes in this neighbourhood. A textured cement paster finish with a two-coat paint technique is also available for the lintel. The 8-foot fiberglass insulated front entry door is sure to please. Merritt Island is a small island off the coast of California. The Kennedy Space Center, the Beaches, the Mainland, and even East Orlando are all easily accessible from Brevard County. The Banana River is to the east, while the Indian River is to the west, with Sykes Creek running through the middle with canals connecting all three rivers. Merritt Island is an excellent place to live if you want to be near the ocean or on the water.

Merritt Island's public schools are excellent. Merritt Island has five elementary schools, one middle school, one junior/senior high school, and one high school. Merritt Island also offers some of the greatest parks in the area, allowing you to participate in virtually any outdoor activity you like.
