ZEHR CONSTRUCTION
Do you require assistance with all of your building needs? Be it design-build, remodeling, or renovation? Is it a complete new custom home you're developing? Zehr Construction Incorporated is at your service. Since its inception in 1969, Zehr Construction Incorporated has always prioritized customer satisfaction as its ultimate goal. This desire has been the fuel that has propelled them into establishing a reputation associated with quality and value, forcing them to constantly sort after the best in everything including labor, materials, business partners, and business practices that always meet or exceed clients’ expectations of the finished product. Based in Goshen, Indiana, and serving the communities around the Elkhart County area, Zehr Construction Incorporated provides construction services overseen by experienced, in-house staff, from preliminary design through to completion and aesthetic finishes. Residential remodeling and renovation coupled with light commercial construction are the specialties of Zehr Construction Incorporated. Founded in May 1968 as a proprietorship by Calvin and Emma Zehr, Cal Zehr Construction saw rapid growth and became Zehr Construction Incorporated in May 1972. Initially specializing in high-quality new home construction, Zehr Construction Incorporated diversified through the ‘70s and the ‘80s into residential renovations, commercial renovations, and new commercial construction. With the retirement of both Calvin and Emma Zehr in ’99, Zehr construction incorporated changed ownership to longtime production director Tim Short and business director David Zehr as they looked confidently into the future knowing the company still carried the same DNA it has started with.
