Birch Home Builders is a custom home builder based in Columbia, South Carolina. We are a young, experienced team driven by a passion for high-quality home construction. We work diligently to understand our clients' needs and then walk them through the entire process, from land assessment to home design to finish selection, with the assistance of our designer. Clients work directly with builders / owners from start to finish. Birch Home Builders was founded with the goal of providing an extraordinary customer experience that would result in an extraordinary home. Due to our background in production building, we were able to combine the efficiencies and processes of track building with the personal customer touch and higher-quality finishes associated with custom building. We leverage cutting-edge technology to gain a better understanding of construction costs and to keep our clients informed about the status of their project.

We are committed to utilizing building science and advanced construction techniques to create a more comfortable home and a healthier living environment for our clients. We collaborated with a designer to help the clients make initial selections. As a result, the construction process will be more efficient and the budget more accurate.
