Andrew and Amy Kelly own 10/23 Construction. Andrew is a licensed builder. 10/23 Construction reflects his vision and desire to create a company that merges his core ethical values of integrity, quality, and superior craftsmanship. Andrew is an award-winning member of the Atlanta Homebuilder’s Association and a graduate of The College of Charleston’s Business School. He loves and appreciates historic architecture and has great respect for creative and mindful construction.

Amy focuses her efforts on business development, marketing strategy, and management and holds a degree in finance from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Having grown up in the construction industry, she brings an excellent perspective to the table.
