We have two licensed General Contractors on our team (GC). The construction process is split into two stages: physical construction and business operations. Artistic is set up in such a way that a licensed general contractor is both on-site and in the office. This gives clients peace of mind because they know that all aspects of the construction process will be handled professionally.
