Brett Brimley founded Brimley Development in 2009, taking his extensive experience and applying it to create the best custom home construction firm possible. He took a leap of faith as he worked to establish himself as a trusted custom home builder by ensuring that each client had their own bank account, along with access to their bid information and budgeting tools around the clock.

Amber Lund joined the Brimley Development team as a partner a year later and brought a vast portfolio, passion, and many established relationships. Together, they invested all of their time and energy into building some of the most remarkable luxury custom homes in Arcadia, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. The area is known for its luxury golf courses, exceptional shopping opportunities, booming real estate market, and incredible restaurant scene.

Brett has spent much of his career building and remodeling custom homes throughout the region. After establishing Brimley Development, word spread about the extraordinary homes he was building. The team at Brimley Development works with each client from the initial concept through completion.
