Buer Homes, Inc

Buer Homes offers a wide range of fantastic floor plans from which to choose; we can customize any of them, build a plan you already own and love, or design a plan specifically for you. The cost of this service is included in the price of the home that we build for you. Our sole purpose is to make sure you get the home of your dreams. In addition, we enjoy creating homes that are as unique as you are.

Although Doug is happy to work with clients who have their own plans, the majority of Buer Homes' homes are designed in-house. Buer's custom designs are influenced by what they've learned from listening to customers.

We look for great lots with great views and then design our homes to take advantage of them to the fullest. We're starting construction on a two-story spec home in Berthoud; the lot has spectacular views, and the house will be stunning. For someone looking for a more country feel with a little more space, that house is a great option. It's also conveniently located across the street from the new Heron Lakes TPC golf course. For those who want to be closer to the action while still enjoying the breathtaking Colorado sunsets, we're starting a spec on our final lot in Thompson Crossing II, directly behind Scheels. The location has a lovely view and is close to the freeway as well as all of Centerra's shops and restaurants, making it feel a little more urban.
