Allen Coleman founded Coleman Builders, LLC in 2002. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and has an extensive background in residential construction, working for various reputable construction firms before starting his own company. His hands-on approach has earned the company its reputation as one of the leading custom home construction firms in the region.

Chris Shimakonis has been the company’s project manager since 2012. He joined the Coleman Builders, LLC team following eight years as a commercial contracting firm owner. Chris has more than two decades of experience as a design engineer and construction project manager and holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.

The Coleman Builders, LLC in-house design coordinator, is April Coleman. She guides customers through the design and selection process and helps to make the process fun and easy. She has a degree in design from Iowa State University. In addition to design coordinator, April wears many hats, including office manager, accounts payable manager, and marketing director.
