Micah J Hille founded Compendium Group. As a principal at Compendium Group, Micah focuses on development, design, customer interaction, estimating, and team coordination in the field. He is passionate about good design and building science. He brings nearly two decades of experience in construction and development. Micah has completed more than 400 projects in the Indianapolis region. Several of Micah's projects have won the American Institute of Architects' highest award for design, featured on numerous tours, and featured in countless publications locally, regionally, and nationally.
Micah is a graduate of Taylor University and holds a degree in Business Administration, has also had "LEED-AP" certification, and earned the National Association of Home Builders' "Green Certified Professional" designation. Micah has been a member of the Builder's Association of Greater Indianapolis board of directors since 2011 and served as its president in 2015.
