Every year, we build a number of homes that are then sold on the open market to buyers who want to take immediate possession. The sites are carefully chosen, and the homes are designed and built with a high level of quality, care, and attention to design detail, in order to maintain and elevate Nashville's latest home trends. The vast majority of our work is on custom homes for private clients. Most of the time, we work directly with clients from lot selection to move-in. We take pride in guiding you through the process from start to finish and making it a pleasurable experience for everyone involved.

Our in-house Design Department offers services to ensure that the architecture, function, and visual aspects of the exteriors and interiors are consistent and improve the quality of your living environment. Throughout the construction process, we will work directly with you or with your designer to ensure a successful completion of your project. We offer residential real estate development and consulting services to outside investors, private land owners, and funds looking to maximize the value of their real estate assets.
