Tamarack Hill Estates

Tamarack Hill Estates is a small residential development with a total of ten different zoned parcels of land. The homes are located within the Arlington School District, and each individual homesite will be served by town water, septic system, and propane gas. There are also a variety of single-family, multi-family, and commercial lots available for development. The first phase of the development is currently under construction, with the second phase set to begin construction in 2019. The third phase of the development is currently under construction. Tamarack Hill Estates will feature contemporary style homes ranging in size from 1200 to 2400 square feet, with the majority of the homes being two-story designs with 2-3 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, an attached garage, covered porches, and all of the amenities one would expect from a luxury home in the area.
